The idea was born. Recognizing that enterprise and global security chiefs often battle burnout and that standard industry events don't address it, our founding CISO envisioned a retreat where executives can forge life-long relationships, gain one-on-one coaching, recharge away from the usual noise, and serve a larger purpose.

Wilderness excursions, executive-coaching sessions, and outdoor peer think tanks allow leaders to recharge while cultivating a tight-knit community committed to giving back.
Where cybersecurity climbs higher. Guided by a ten-member Board of Directors, CISO Ascent reinvests its revenue across a broad impact portfolio that includes grant programs, mentorship networks, and education programs. By blending nature, strategy, collaboration, and board-directed investments, CISO Ascent empowers security leaders, and the ecosystem they serve, to climb higher together.
