About CISO Ascent
It started with simple questions.
What if leadership development and professional connection didn’t have to happen inside hotel ballrooms? What if executives could step away from the noise, recharge, and give back at the same time?
The idea was born.
Recognizing that enterprise and global security chiefs are battling burnout, our founding CISO envisioned a retreat where executives can forge life-long relationships, gain peer support, recharge away from the noise, and serve a larger purpose.
The mission.
CISO Ascent brings together outdoor leadership experiences and purpose-driven community investments for Chief Information Security Officers. Through outdoor experiences, and peer support sessions, leaders find space to recharge and grow within a trusted community.
Governance for good.
A ten-member Board of Directors guides CISO Ascent’s strategy and reinvests revenue into high-impact programs. These include mentorship networks, grants, and education initiatives designed to strengthen the community. By combining nature, strategy, and service, we help CISOs, and the organizations they serve, climb higher together.
